Welcome to the T&T Consultancy Ltd Summer 2008 price list.
In this document you will find information about prices of all products supplied by the Company, a description of the services we are able to deliver, and how to place an order with us.

For convenience this price list has been organised into sections reflecting the area of need which related products address.

Important Notes

VAT

We would ask that you note that all of the prices contained in this document are exclusive of VAT, which under normal circumstances will be charged at 17.5%.  In some situations, where disabled people are purchasing products and services directly for their own use VAT can be “zero rated”. In such situations T&T Consultancy Ltd will request that a VAT Exemption document is completed, signed by the person with the disability, and returned to us.

Delivery Charges

Within this price list all delivery charges are quoted on an item by item basis. In situations where multiple products are ordered a single delivery charge representing the size and weight of the overall consignment will be applied. In such situations customers will be advised of the revised delivery charge at the point of placing an order.

Finally in some specific situations where products are delivered directly to Visually Impaired people delivery can be free of charge. Again where this can be applied customers will be advised at the point of placing the order.

Credit and Debit Card Transactions

Debit Card Transactions:

There is a £1.00 charge for all debit card transactions.

Credit Card Transactions

All credit card transactions will carry a charge of 2% of the full value of the order with a minimum charge of £1.00 .

Software Versions

All prices quoted will be for the latest available version of software.  Please contact us for specific software version details and software compatibility assistance.

J-Say Professional

Notes:

• To use J-Say Professional JAWS for Windows and Dragon NaturallySpeaking Professional are required. See relevant sections for JAWS and Dragon pricing information.

• A range of high quality microphones can be supplied to improve the overall quality of Voice Recognition, see later section for details.

• J-say Professional includes:

1. The J-Say Pro middleware interface

2. The J-Say Pro Authorisation CD-ROM, which intricately links the copy of J-Say Pro to the JAWS serial number

3. Documentation information in print, Audio CD, Daisy CD, and on Data CD.

4. A complete Braille version of the manual can be provided free of charge on request

Note: if the above conversion product is purchased a complete version of Dragon NaturallySpeaking Professional will also be required, see later section for pricing information.

JTunes

The JTunes product enables a Visually Impaired person via the JAWS Screen Reading software to effectively access the ITunes Music Management software from Apple. As well as being able to fully control the music within the computer users of this interface can also purchase music from the ITunes Music Store and manage music and spoken word content on an Ipod.
Note: Purchase and support of the ITunes Accessible Interface is purely Web Based, hence no delivery charge is applicable.

Dolphin EasyConverter

The EasyConverter product provides the ability to convert material from one format to another, for example a Microsoft Word document to a Digital Talking book.
EasyConverter is intuitive to use making it possible for any computer user to create information in a variety of formats.

Dolphin EasyProducer

EasyProducer provides the ability to turn Microsoft Word documents into Digital Talking books directly from within the Word application.

Talks provides synthetic speech access to a range of "Series 60" mobile telephones as well as to the Nokia Communicator.

JAWS For Windows Utilities

J-Tools

J-Tools is a set of utilities which makes it easier for users of JAWS For Windows to work with Word Processed documents, E-Mail, Web Pages and the Microsoft Office 2007 Calendar through a fantastic range of specially designed functions.
The J-Tools product is available via Internet Download only and is directly linked to the JAWS for Windows Serial Number with which it is to be used.

TypeAbility

TypeAbility teaches the computer keyboard to users in 77 fun and easy to interact with lessons.
By the end of the lessons one will have mastered the computer keyboard, all the letters, numbers, punctuation, as well as basic navigation and editing of text documents.

ASSESSMENT, TRAINING AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES

Our team of Consultants are vastly experienced in assessing the Access needs of individuals with Access Technology requirements, delivering training in the effective use of Access Technology, and "Scripting" and configuring special access technology such as JAWS for Windows to function in non-standard Windows environments such as database applications, Call Centre systems etc.

Our vast experience in this area has proved that whilst on the one hand generic scripts providing a basic level of access can be created it is the bespoke nature of such work which makes for highly effective access addressing the specific needs of individuals.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Telephone Support

Any of our customers who have purchased Products and Services from us are very welcome to make use of our Support facility. The facility can be used to resolve any technical problems experienced, or to answer questions and queries about the use of products supplied.

This will be provided on a "Best Endeavours" basis with problems being resolved as efficiently as we can. Please note, this is not a Telephone Training Service, and we reserve the right in extreme situations to withdraw support!

Our Telephone Technical Support service is available from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
